Please ensure you read Tills 4 Change's Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from the on-line shop or by mail order, by placing an order on-line you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

General Terms and Conditions


1. On -line shopping and Telephone Mail Order at Tills 4 Change is for sale and delivery of goods within the mainland United Kingdom only. U.K. islands can be quoted special prices on request for delivery.

2. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT the current standard rate . Tills 4 Change will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order.

3. Prices exclude delivery charge. Carriage is calculated as orders are placed into order form. £6.50 +VAT for a box of rolls, multiples charged as for a single box. Tills £8.00+ per box. Larger items at £11.00+VAT cost. For major shipping of multiples of large consignments such as Cash Drawer, Printer, PC units and tills we reserve the right to charge delivery at cost +VAT. We do not aim to make a profit from delivery and will pass on any savings where possible.  Please note some couriers are now forced to add fuel and congestion charge surcharges to certain deliveries. We constantly monitor such charges and always to to offer the most cost effective delivery. Goods dispatched on a Friday are delivered on a Monday. Some Saturday deliveries are available at additional charge to some parts of the UK. Some Highland parts of Scotland may receive goods on a 2 day delivery instead of next day.

4. Items will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, depending on stock availability (Out of stock items soon come back into stock and typical turn around of orders are within 1 week). Tills may take longer depending customer set up requirements. As standard all deliveries will be made within 28 days. Tills 4 Change will advise you of any delay in dispatching stock.

5. Tills 4 Change tries to maintain a stock of most popular Cash Registers, Till Rolls and Ink consumables. We will endeavour to obtain stock items within 3 working days if not available, however due to the supply from distributors all items must be subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order can not be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

6. Tills 4 Change will advise by e-mail when goods are dispatch, with an expected delivery day. If a product was to become lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible, please ensure that you make a comment about any packaging/damaged box when receiving from the courier and record this on the delivery signature documentation. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. We reserve the right not to replace goods damaged by the courier if they have been signed for in good condition by yourselves.

7. Please ensure you e-mail your business address and delivery details to sales@tills4change.co.uk as this information is not passed back to us from the World Pay server, if this is different for the Card holder ordering address.

Payment by Cheque or via Worldpay (Cards) on-line

Payment can be made by several Credit card/debit cards by mail order telephone or on line via the World Pay Server. Alternative you can fax or e-mail your order to us and will send you a pro-former invoice, on receipt of a cheque or Postal Order made payable to Tills 4 Change Ltd the goods will be dispatched. You can also telephone your order and pay by your credit/debit card. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch. If the cardholder address if different from the delivery address we will require both at point of order for security checking and fraud prevention.

1. Credit or Debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. As Credit/Debit Card is processed via World Pay, the funds do not pass from World Pay to Tills 4 Change until 5 weeks from day of transaction.

2. World Pay, refund/chargeback information. Goods can be refund back via the World Pay server. Any such refunds are subject to Tills 4 Change management discretion. Refunds and chargebacks via World Pay are chargeable to Tills 4 Change in administration charges. Full refunds made due to faulty goods where no replacement is supplied may not be subject to an administration fee. Any fees due to orders made in error or refunding of goods not required, made on Tills 4 Change by World Pay are to be paid by the customer placing the order, including any VAT on such charges. Cancellation of a card transaction made by yourself to your card issuer will be chargeable from Tills 4 Change to yourself/business at the charge made by your card issuer and any charges made by World Pay. Any refunds made payable by World Pay to your transaction card, will be charged at the World Pay administration at time of ordering typically 4%+VAT of the order value

If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, please let us know!! You are our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. However, all refunds or returns are entirely at the managements discretion.

Product Quality Guarantee

Tills 4 Change prides itself on offering good products and service. If you are unhappy with a product purchased please contact Tills 4 Change as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the situation. All hardware is offered with a Return to Base Warranty where Customer arrange delivery back to Tills 4 Change at Customer's cost (preferably in it's original packing), return it to our offices and rectify and defaults (this does not include additional programming requirements not requested in the customers initial order instructions). Any goods which cannot be replaced or repaired whilst under warranty will be refunded. Goods returned for refund where there is not fault with equipment is subject to a 30%+VAT re-stocking charge, (payable by the customer prior to return). We are not responsible for loss of data or corrupt data. The buyer is responsible for software/hardware compatibility of products prior to order and use. You are responsible for protecting your electronic hardware by using a clean power supply to prevent data loss/hardware damage through POWER SURGES, LIGHTENING STRIKES, SPILLAGES etc. You are also responsible for backing up and PC related software programmes and databases. If you are using PC Based terminals with Operating Systems and Hard Drives, it is imperative that you have back up powers supplies in place (UPS device) to safely shut down terminals and protect hard drives and data in the event of power loss. Recovery of software/data/hardware through un-protected equipment will be void of warranty and charged at our full labour rate and addtional licencing costs where applicable.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product with all manuals, attachments and packaging to ourselves within 14 days of purchase. Machines which have found to have no faults or the customer has simply changed their mind will be  refunded, but goods are subject to a 30% restocking charge . We will not accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all boxes and packaging in event of a fault. Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we accept no liability after this period. If goods missing or broken please call 023 8063 3337. Postage costs for delivery to & from ourselves are billed to customer and cannot be refunded. In case of refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You are  welcome to use your own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.

Credit checking and account management

 
1. Please note that when you order goods and services from Tills 4 Change Limited we may make enquiries about you for credit reference purposes. These enquiries include searching your records held by Equifax or any other Credit Reference Agency (CRA). Security alert or other Fraud Prevention Agencies (FPAs). When CRAs receive a search from us they will place a footprint on your file that may be seen by other organisations. At all times where your information is disclosed to us we may retain it and we will protect it in accordance with this policy and keep it secure. We will retain the outcome of searches we carry out with CRAs to avoid having to make repeat searches against your credit file in circumstances where we may need to carry out further credit checks in respect of additional products or services ordered by you. We will only retain this data for a reasonable period.
2. We will carry out checks while assessing your application for credit accounts and will verify your identity. We do this to help protect you from identity theft and fraud, and also to prevent and detect crime and money laundering.  We may also make periodic searches at CRAs and FPAs to manage your account with us.
3. If you tell us that you have a spouse or financial associate, we will link your records together so you must be sure that you have their agreement to disclose information about them. CRAs also link your records together and these links will remain on your and their files until such time as you or your partner successfully files for a disassociation with the CRAs to break that link.
4. Information on applications will be sent to CRAs and will be recorded by them. We may also give them details of your accounts and billing information, including how you manage it/them to CRAs We may tell them about payments you make to us, your account balances, and payment defaults [We may also give them historical information we hold about your payment history with us.] If you do not pay your bills on time, CRAs will record this information and it may be supplied to other organisations by CRAs and FPAs to perform similar checks and to trace your whereabouts and recover debts that you owe to them as well as us.

You can contact the CRAs currently operating in the UK; the information they hold may not be the same so it is worth contacting them all. They will charge you a small statutory fee.

Do we share your personal information with anyone else?
