Which
Version Do I Need?
Any
version of SalesStream EPOS can be upgraded at any time to
the next level, i.e. Solo to Quattro to allow more than a
single ‘till’ – you simply pay us the difference and
we update your system.
As
your store grows and opens remote branches SalesStream has
sophisticated head office software that allows you to
control all stores from a central location.
Solo
Licence - Full version of SalesStream for use on a
single PC.
Additional
Workstation Licence - A maximum of 9 additional
Workstation licences can be added to Sales Stream Solo
software. Workstation PC must be on the same local area
network.
Head
Office Licence - Allows the control of multiple stores
from a single location (Up to 30 branches). Includes price
changes, new products, changes to description and has an
optional ability to build a name and address database
linked to sales history database at Head Office.
System
Requirements
Almost
any later day PC that will run Windows 98 / 2000 / XP PRO
is suitable. A minimum 128 MB of RAM is required and
ideally the PC should have a backup device, normally a CD
ROM writer or a ZIP drive.
SalesStream
EPOS software is supplied on CD ROM and installs just like
any other Windows based software package.
Designed
for U.K. and European retailers SalesStream requires a
standard PC into which you can plug a cash drawer, receipt
printer, and barcode scanner to complete your system. If

Headoffice control software
Many of you run a more than a single store, our headoffice
software allows you to maintain a single product database
and issue new products and price changes - in fact almost
any amendment via small update files (Normally sent to the
stores using modems).
When new prices are received by a branch, the manager is
prompted to re-price ticket the store and as new products
are entered onto your stock inventory the manager is
warned of this for staff training purposes.
Headoffice software also allows each store to see the
other's stock levels.

Credit note management
Credit notes are an everyday requirement in fashion
businesses like yours, yet without proper control they can
become a real nightmare - loosing you business and
customer loyalty.
When the credit note is redeemed the reference can be
re-entered preventing the credit note being redeemed
twice.
Should the value of the goods being purchased be less than
that of the credit note SalesStream can generate a new
credit note with the remainder value.
Print off a report showing value of credit notes not
redeemed at any time for entry in your accounts.
Product entry - Matrix
Your invoices often list purchased garments in a matrix
format - so why not enter them into SalesStream in just
the same way.
Version 18+ of SalesStream allows just that, saving hours
of tedious manual entry.
Simply enter a master garment, then fill in the sizes,
colours and quantities into the appropriate boxes and the
garments stock records are generated instantly- and ready
to sell!
Each garment is automatically generated a barcode or you
may use the barcode already on the garment.
Vital statistics!
A customer's 'vital statistics' can be recorded on the
customer record card allowing you to store chest size,
waist size etc for their next suit or outfit. Excellent

SalesStream's unique built in loyalty point system allows
you to design schemes to build loyalty and turnover.
Loyalty points can be globally reset to zero at any time

Easily search for an item when the phone rings, searching
for '56k' for example will return all 56K modems stocked,

BOGOF promotions are easy to setup, in fact you can
program the system to give any discount amount against a
qualifying quantity purchased.
Stock shift quantity
Attach different stock shift quantities to different
barcodes for the same item e.g.: A pack barcode is scanned
and a quantity of 24 is used, break a single item out from
the pack and a quantity of 1 is used! Simplify stock
control and allows wholesale / retail activity on a single
system.
