MINCER
RANGE
The
Berkel meat mincer range consists of two product levels:
- The
Berkel Meat Mincer Economy Range (Berkel Mincer
Economy 22T & 32T)
- The
Berkel Meat Mincer Plus Range (Berkel Mincer Plus 32T,
& 42F)
The
Berkel Mincer Economy 22T & 32T Range is suitable for
small independent food retailers and food service outlets.
There are two product sizes, 22 and 32, available as
single phase. All four models are of stainless steel
construction, tabletop design.
The ‘Berke
Mincer Plus 32T (tabletop model, with optional legs for
floor standing applications) & 42F Range’ has been
designed for larger independent food retail outlets and
chains, supermarket groups, and hypermarkets. There are
two product sizes, 32 and 42. The 32 is available in both
single phase and three phase power. The 42 models are
available as three phase. All models are constructed from
stainless steel.
All
mincer models are supplied with stainless steel knives and
plates included.
22 and 32
models have a 4.5mm plate supplied as standard, model 42
has a 6mm plate supplied. Other size plates are available
as options, supplied separately to the machine.
Enterprise
and Unger Cutting System:
All the
Berkel models are supplied with Enterprise cutting
systems.
UNGER (3
and 5 piece) cutting systems are available as options
NOTE:
Prices shown for UNGER systems are for price to replace
the standard Enterprise system and NOT as an additional
